Schedule your first Property Risk Assessment appointment
Begin your on-the-job training by booking your first appointment in your personal home. This lets you experience the value and how these are perceived from a clients perspective . If you rent, no problem - book an appointment with someone you know.

Attend Your Metro Orientation Training
You must complete this training and submit the course completion submission form at the end of the session to qualify for a position with Metro

Book 5 appointments to observe full property risk assessments with your trainer and continue your on-the-job training.

Make It Official – Sign Your Independent Contractor Agreement
Congratulations! You’re now qualified to sign your Independent Contractor Agreement and make it official with Metro. If you have not done so, fill out this form to request your ICA

Attend the Weekly Metro Events
Attend your 1st Monday Night Presidents Call to be recognized as a new Affiliate Trainee. Then moving forward, put a reminder in your calendar to attend each and every Monday. This keeps you engaged and informed.

Earn $100 for each Property Risk assessment you complete along side your trainer. To count you must submit a full and complete photo documentation of the risk assessment you performed with your trainer at the appointment.
